We just revamped the merchants collection index:

Cancellation Emails now promote other shops

When a client cancels his subscription to a shop we always send him an email to confirm this. From today on we promote other shops. It looks like this:

We always choose seven random shops participating in our little link exchange, so when you don’t, the cancellation emails to your clients will not include promotion for other shops. On the other hand emails from other shops will not promote your shop. (This means: Its always better to participate 🙂 Activate it in the edit shop page)

Hey dear merchants,
this is a note to inform you that due to some internal changes the credentials to the FTP server changed!
To get your new credentials follow these instructions:

  • Log in to your merchant account
  • Click on “Add a collection”
  • Scroll down to “Add new media”
  • Below this you’ll find the link “some notes about FTP upload”, click it to open the credentials window.
    Here you’ll find your new credentials!

We just enabled Sofortüberweisung for all shops

Sofortueberweisung In case your shop was not able to process payments with Sofortüberweisung we just enabled it.

New: We now also check your imagesets for HD media

In the case your shop offers HD media you may have noticed we have some nice new icons telling the client that a collection contains HD videos:

Until today we only checked your videos for HD content, but now we extended it to also check your imagesets. So when you have a collection containing HD images you also get a tiny HD icon depending on how big your images are.
